Based out of Portland, Oregon, Holly Stalder is a designer who appeals to my feminine side. She uses vintage fabric and trims, like lace, pearls and buttons to create items that would give a beautiful accent or focus point to anything in your wardrobe. Looking through her past creations to her most recent, there is progression but all the while staying true to her aesthetic. I'm sorry about that brief hiatus. I participated in a 30 hr famine for World Vision. The idea is to get sponsors and then fast for 30 hours to raise awareness. I did it and it wasn't as bad as I had anticipated. We had a good time as a group, and will be sending in the total of the donations on Friday, our goal is $10, 000 donated overall. Hopefully all will go well. I will try to get back to a normal posting schedule this week.

a thing i love about blogger is that im introduced to more and more amazing designers through posts... i like fashion but I dont know much about up and coming designers... i think those designs are amazing and the photos are fantastic!

oh ive done 30 hour famine before too.. its such a great thing to do- i didnt do it this year, but ive done it twice before. on another note-- i love those looks, never heard of the designer though
